Community Notes
Canyon Estates (CE) is a community of 55 building lots (minimum lot size is 5 acres in the original CE and 2.0 acres in the Pointe). The development is situated on approximately 325 acres and overlooks beautiful Bear Lake. It is located in foothills approximately 1 mile west of Fish Haven, Idaho. The primary entrance is through the south gate which is located up Fish Haven Canyon Road, approximately 1 mile.
Canyon Estates is a private community. The roads & water system are owned, operated, & maintained by the CEPOA. Our community is gated to assure a measure of security & seclusion. There are no common areas in the development other than the roads & cul-de-sacs. The only common access to Fish Haven Canyon is via Canyon Estates Drive using the south gate.
